After the initial onboarding call, we reserve the right to refuse your project if we reckon it is insufficiently scoped or doesn't fall under the type of services we provide.
MVP as a service creators ("COMPANY," "WE," "US") provides this web site and all site-related services, including the content and code related thereto (collectively, the "site"), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this terms of use agreement ("agreement") carefully before using this site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site. This Agreement is made between the Company and you, the Site visitor and/or registered user ("you"). Your use of MVP as a Service is at your own risk. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site.
We own MVP as a service and our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, resell, mirror, or create derivative works of MVP as a service, our Services, or our content on MVP as a service without our written permission. You shall grant to us a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to incorporate into MVP as a service or otherwise use any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback that we receive from you or your agents.
This site, including any content or information contained within it or any site related service, or any product or service licensed, purchased or otherwise made available through the site, is provided "as is" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, MVP as a service and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement neither its subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers nor agents makes any representation as to the results to be obtained from use of the site or the site-related services. MVP as a service and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents will attempt to provide the best quality of service when possible, including concerns like availability, reliability and security, but do not warrant that your use of the site or the software will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and use the site, and all charges related thereto. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the site and the software and your reliance thereon. No opinion, advice, or statement of MVP as a service or its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agents, registered users, or visitors, whether made on the site, or otherwise, shall create any warranty. Your use of the site and any materials provided through the site are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that the Site could include inaccuracies or errors. We will try to address your concerns as soon as reasonably practicable.
Neither MVP as a service nor its subsidiaries, creators, owners, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, agents or sponsors are responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the site and/or content contained on the site, or any product or service purchased through the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site and/or content contained within the site is to stop using the site. We are not responsible for any inappropriate use of the MVP as a Service Services which may result in damage, cause harm or violate any terms of use of any parties involved.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against us by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of MVP as a service.
You agree that we are not liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Services.
These Terms and all documents incorporated into these Terms by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of MVP as a service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Amendments or changes to these Terms won’t be effective until we post revised Terms on the Website. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance MVP as a service shall be subject to the Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of MVP as a service following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. We reserve the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice to you: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to MVP as a service, or any portion of MVP as a service for any reason; (2) to modify or change MVP as a service, or any portion of MVP as a service, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of MVP as a service, or any portion of MVP as a service, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
